PROGRAMS AND FEES

The school must receive application fee of $50, $150 material fee, completed Enrollment packet, the Physician’s Report and Proof of Immunization before a child may be enrolled. All returning children who have been temporarily withdrawn from school will be charged a $50 re-application fee. Children must arrive by 8:30 AM to attend on their designated day. The 2nd child rate only applies for full-day students from September to August. The preschool is operated on a non-discriminatory basis, according equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.

Tuition payments not received by the third day of the month and can be paid by check or cash to our drop box inside the main hallway.We also have a credit card option through our online payment system located on the home page of the website. Non-sufficient fund fees are a minimum of $30 per check. If an account becomes more than 30 days late, the child may be excluded from school until the balance is paid. If at any time you find yourself having financial difficulties, please contact the Preschool office so that we can work with you in a more sensitive manner.

The school must receive a two-week written notice of withdrawal if a child is being withdrawn from the program for any reason. Tuition shall remain payable for the two weeks. All temporary withdrawals not due to illness or vacation will automatically forfeit a child’s reserved place in the school and run the risk of being placed on a waiting list. Re-instatement will also require another APPLICATION FEE.

The school must receive a two-week written notice of withdrawal if a child is being withdrawn from the program for any reason:

If a child has been withdrawn from school due to a long-term illness, the tuition payment will not be required for any days absent beyond two weeks.
Children who attend five days a week and are enrolled for a period of twelve consecutive months will be allowed one-week vacation without charge.

Note: If for any reason your child is picked up after your contracted time, it is considered overtime and will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per minute. Vista Christian Preschool is a ministry of the Vista Assembly of God Church.
